The hotel was clean and had good facilities. Breakfast had a Bengali touch and was delicious. The staff were warm, courteous, and attentive. The location was easy to reach from the airport and not too far from the city.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. the location is fantastic as it is situated within the Yuvabharati stadium in Salt Lake, which gives it a unique and exciting ambiance. Secondly, the rooms were recently refurbished and had modern furnishings, which added a touch of elegance to my stay. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety of options. All in all, this hotel offers great value for money and provides all the basic amenities one needs for a comfortable stay.
The only small issue I encountered was the lack of Wi-Fi, which can be a bit inconvenient in today's connected era. However, this was not a major drawback as I was able to enjoy my stay and make the most of the other wonderful aspects of this hotel.

Location was great, in the middle of a sports complex that gave it a unique vibe. The food was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. The banquet hall was spacious for our Christmas party.
The rooms were not clean, and we had to ask multiple times for towels and toiletries. The noise level was unbearable due to constant construction work going on at the site, which made it difficult to rest or sleep. The lack of proper maintenance was evident in peeling paint and a general uncleanliness of the hotel.

Great location for a city trip. Hotel is close to key monuments and transportation options. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast had a good variety of options and was delicious.
Hotel is outdated and in need of renovations. Furniture and decor are old, and some parts of the building show signs of wear and tear.
